Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship within Germany for a flat rate of €4.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Orders placed before approx. 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM are often dispatched on the same day (except on weekends).
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Since our processes are automated, changing an order after completion is difficult. Cancellations are usually only possible if the package has not yet been packed.
Payment Methods
Why can't I pay for hookah tobacco with PayPal?
PayPal's global policies prohibit payment for tobacco products. Therefore, we offer convenient alternative methods such as Klarna (Invoice & Instant Bank Transfer), Credit Card, Prepayment, or Cash on Delivery.
Protection of Minors
Why do I need to verify my age?
The sale of tobacco products and vapes is legally restricted to persons aged 18 and over. We use a secure online verification process and DHL Ident-Check upon delivery.
Complaints & Service
What should I do if the hookah arrives damaged (e.g. broken glass)?
If a product arrives damaged, please report it immediately to customer service before using the product. Ideally, send us photos of the damage and the packaging right away so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
